3windy Sp. z o.o. is a young startup company, launched with the purpose of design and production of wind turbine blades based on two patents registered by its founders. We started with one basic, very simple concept: to create innovative blades for wind turbines. The innovations constitute in using high-tech thermoplastic materials and a simplified production process, both of which serve to solve many of the problems plaguing the blades on the market today. Our simplified process has resulted in a product which is superior to others in all aspects. We are visionaries who, by streamlining the production process, aim to significantly lower the price of wind power generation to make it even more affordable all over the world, with easy access for us all. Our mission is to apply more than 20 years of experience in the thermoplastic material molding technology in the renewable energy sector. In this regard, we have three novel projects for a variety of products, which will meet the needs of the entire market of power generated by wind turbines. We believe that the wind is the future of clean energy - the future of our planet.




3windy Sp. z o.o. manufactures and sells in the European market smaller wind turbine blades made of high-resistance thermoplastic materials characterized by greater durability, light weight, and very low cost since they do not require any maintenance.



Rotoby has designed and is currently making a small VAWT wind turbine for domestic or urban use, with a blade made entirely of a thermoplastic material.


Under Development

Project #3 for Rotoby represents a key venture encompassing the design and construction of blades for big wind HAWT turbines, using patented technology, and which will contribute to higher turbine efficiency, and appreciably lower the cost of power from renewable sources.

  • Lighter

    The Rotoby wind turbine blade weighs up to 20% less than a conventional blade made of fiberglass, and is comparable to a carbon fiber blade.

  • Stronger

    The new blade is molded as one piece and is made of high-resistance thermoplastic materials which can be installed under most extreme climate conditions because they do not require maintenance.

  • Inexpensive

    Thanks to the reduced cost of the thermoplastic materials combined with a very short production cycle that utilizes high level of automation, the price of a Rotoby blade is very competitive.

  • 100% Recyclable

    The thermoplastic materials that make up our blades are fully recyclable at the end of the turbine’s lifespan with the use of recycling technologies already in use.

  • More Efficient

    The reduced weight and the ability to manufacture any desired shape allow for a more innovative blade design, which - in turn - makes for a much more efficient wind turbine in terms of the amount of generated electricity.
